Upon receipt of the Activated Voucher from Lifestyle Vacation Incentives, use the Cities by Zone List and Fare Pricing Chart to select the specific origination and destination cities valid for use in this program and call the toll-free number listed on the Activated Voucher to purchase one adult round-trip coach-class ticket and receive your Free Companion Airline Ticket. All travel must be booked through the Lifestyle Vacation Incentives Reservations Center by calling the 800 number provided on the Activated Voucher. Lifestyle Vacation Incentives uses major airlines (and does not book charters). Airline participation varies from market to market so the selection of the airline must be at the discretion of Lifestyle Vacation Incentives based on availability. When planning your flight, please refer to both the Cities List and Zone Fare charts, as some restrictions may apply for same zone travel. If you wish to book additional flights, linking you to or from these major cities, Lifestyle Vacation Incentives is able to assist you with that booking.
It is best to book your flights well in advance to obtain the travel dates you desire. Black out dates include the weeks of: President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
